THE EXPERTS BEHIND THE BUILD

ANDREW SAGE

Owner

Bio
Andy’s journey in the construction industry began in 1998, a path that led him to establish Straight Up Framing in 2004. Andy’s passion lies in wood-framed construction. He strives to continuously develop a team approach in producing excellent frames. For Andy, there’s immense satisfaction in producing a truly excellent frame—one that stands as a testament to our focus on team, quality and productivity.

Brian Impecoven

Purchasing Manager

Bio
Brian’s career took the scenic path to where he is now with SUF.  He started out in the manufacturing sector for 14 years, playing a variety of roles. He’s a firm believer that every opportunity offers a chance to learn something new.  Brian’s time in manufacturing gave him a solid introduction to Lean Manufacturing, inventory management and servant leadership.  After 14 years, he yearned for a change of scenery, so he transitioned to construction.  He fell in love with the creativity aspect and the challenges of carpentry.  Some of Brian’s favorite memories from his time in carpentry were the customers’ excitement and joy as they literally watch a project unfold in front of them.  After 5 years of carpentry, he had the opportunity to take the Purchasing Manager position with SUF.  This opportunity allows him to mesh my inventory management and process skills learned from manufacturing, with his carpentry experience and industry skills into an exciting, new opportunity!  Brian’s favorite part of this position is being able to be behind the scenes, making sure everyone has what they need right when they need it.
